We can confirm that we have received your ceremony booking form and requirements regarding timing. We will now submit this to the West Kent Ceremonies Office. Next, you will receive a provisional booking confirmation from Kent County Council. On this email you will be provided with the next stages for the booking. We have decided to place these below, to provide you with early knowledge of the next steps.

To confirm your ceremony booking, you must pay a non-refundable booking confirmation fee of £75 to Kent County Council. (You will only be able to do this once you’ve received a booking number).

You will need to make your Legal Preliminary appointments (visit www.akentishceremony.com for more details). If you reside within the Kent or Bexley Registration Districts, telephone the West Kent Ceremonies Office on 03000 41 51 51 for appointments in Kent or 03000 41 52 52 for appointments in Bexley. If you reside outside of Kent or Bexley (including Medway and Bromley) you will need to contact your local Registration District.

You will need to order and pay for legal certificates.

Optional extras for you to consider include:
Requesting and paying for a Rehearsal
Ordering and paying for commemorative certificates
Ordering and paying for a Ceremony CD

The full ceremony fee (which is in addition to the above booking fee) is due 16 weeks before the date of your ceremony, but may be paid at anytime before this
